Is there any way to uninstall the Paint & Stick demo?

I downloaded the Paint & Stick demo before purchasing the full version later that night. Now I can't seem to open the full version in After Effects, it only opens the watermarked demo. Is there any way to uninstall the demo so I can access the full version?
