    Thanks for your mail. We would need a bit more information in order to help you. Please contact us directly via [email protected] and include the following information:

    - User operating system
    - How have you set up smartRender when this issue appears? Number of threads, Framerange, Incremental rendering, do you render a single nukescript or do you execute batch rendering?
    - Could you please send us your job log for the rendering that has issues?
    - If possible could you send us your nukescript so that we can take a look at it and trouble shoot it? No need to send any footage, just the nukescript itself.
