Import Text & Layer In points via spreadsheet?

We have projects where there are tons of titles that occur at specific timecodes on long videos. Is there a tool that will read a text and the timecode list from a spreadsheet for import to AE? Ideally the import would create text layers at the appropriate timecode as logged in the spreadsheet.Thank for any help!

You would need to use a subtitle format like .srt to save them in and use pt_ImportSubtitles
