Need help with plugin suggestions

Any plugin suggestions that would allow someone to do what vidyard.com does.Which my thought is they use an excel list with a large number of names & emails addresses to personalize the video content each person.For example: throughout the video a persons name will show up multiple times with various animations.Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
