    For people that are confused, 

    You gotta make a project with all the scenes in the sequence with markers on the timeline on each. 
    AND thennn you hit the shotlist_creator.exe then it makes a file. 

    Would've been helpful to have that in the readme doc.

    Just to make it clearer for folks, it's not as dynamic of a plugin as you would expect. You can't edit the doc and that would affect the scenes (marker notes, length, etc). It's only one way which is from Davinci to Excel sheet.
