Hi! Has anyone tried to make (or maybe have seen something similar before) script or plugin that can detect static moments in video and turn them off or cut to other track? But not based on sound.
Exactly detect static moments in video, as it can do FFmpeg (for example:ffmpeg -i input.mp4 -vf "mpdecimate,setpts=N/FRAME_RATE/TB" output.mp4).
The issue with FFMpeg is that it just removes them and gives the video without pauses. But I want to do it somehow so that cut moments will turn off or move to other track in Premiere Pro or After Effects. To be able to analyse them and edit. As it works in Silence Remover or AutoCut (but they work only by analyzing sound)
I saw Duplicate Frame Remover, but is there any way that duplicate frames won't delete, but just turn off and remain in their place?
