This plugin appears to use written prompts and machine learning to create a desired look. Even so, the Color Grade Prompter examples shown seem to exclusively replicate a none too subtle two strip colour process.
Digital two and three strip motion plugins aren't new. What would be new is a plugin that allowed editors and artists to quickly isolate coloured sections of a clip. Or, separate the luminance levels in a black and white clip to tweak the tonal levels. Boris FX have a plugin under their Composite category that can seperate dark and bright areas of a clip with surrounding alpha channel. However it doesn't permit individual chromatic or luminance eye dropper selection.
