Lens Blur to Camera Lens Blur

Hi, does anyone know a script or a way to convert the old "Lens Blur" effect to the newer "Camera Lens Blur" effect?
I have several old projects that use the "Lens Blur" effect, but as most of you know this effect isn't multicore compatible.
So i would really like to update them to the "Camera Lens Blur" and speed up my rendertimes, but it's a pain to do this by hand for about 80 times or sometimes even more per project.

No one knows? This problem isn't limited to the Lens Blur effect. There are others that could be converted.

It would be nice to have a script that tries to make a project compatible to multiprocessing.

Any idea?
