    I am using version 23. I paid yesterday. The question is why is the vdb file not running in my program? This is a normal vdb file from Janggafx. A continuous image is registered, but no form appears. What's the problem? Is it a question of version 23?

    had the same problem but then followed this https://aescripts.com/knowledgebase/index/view/faq/how-to-register-plugins/ and cleared my disk cache on AE and then closed and opened the file again! hope this helps :)

    yes it is. you need to download the Apple Silicon installer.

    After downloading and installing the HeliumX package as per instructions above, there doesn't seem to be a separate HeliumX Lite version. How exactly does this work, if I only want HeliumX Lite?

    The HeliumX Lite is part of the HeliumX install, there are free effects as described on our website, Model , Primitive, Extrude and Scroll.
    If you use any of these free effects there is no watermark on the output.

    With the extrude effect, you can create Animated and textured 3D Text and paths.

    When i try to change the extrude path layer, nothing happens. How do i apply the extrusion to shape paths?

    The license works in all versions of Helium, please make sure you have entered it correctly and purged the disk cache. If you need assistance please open a support ticket.

    We will release the Mac Intel in the upcoming days. And yes, that's ok with the version , we released the HeliumX AI beta for windows and more updates are coming.

    The macOS version that is compatible with intel chips was just uploaded. Please check again

    It seems developers do not care about version number, mac plugins both show v7.0

    VDB is not included in the light version , you can load it in the trial version , to see if it fits your needs.

    Is HeliumX AI Beta available for Mac (Intel), or is it Windows-only at this stage? I have a paid subscription but when I run the installer it only installs Helium.

    Hi, I'm on a MacBook pro M1, I paid my subscription but everytime I try to copy/paste de serial number nothing happen. I still have thoses question marks in the browser

    What did I do wrong ?

    Same issue for me regarding M1 Pro Mac .... I'm copying and pasting serial number, but nothing happens ... 
    Tried copying and pasting from the serial in the downloads section of aescripts .... as well as copying the serial number from the aescripts installer app ... 
    Still no dice, an the materials and assets in the library are locked ...

    Hi there,

    Is the HeliumX Trial still available? Tried aescripts manager and manual install, but both failed. The downloaded Windows version seems corrupted at only 12kb. Could you confirm? Particularly interesting in testing out the AI.
