360/VR Journey to the Arctic | Greenpeace

GreenPeace produced their first 360/VR experience that transports viewers to the pristine landscapes of the high North. The immersive quality of the video has been more successful than traditional video to deliver their message and get viewers to support their actions; that the Arctic must be protected from the looming threat of oil drilling and industrial fishing. Adobe software was used for 360/VR post-production along with Mettle 360/VR plugins SkyBox Studio and SkyBox 360/VR Tools.

"Fowl Seas" 360/VR Pirate Adventure for GoPro | Light Sail VR

GoPro approached Light Sail VR and asked if they were interested in creating a totally original 360/VR short film for GoPro's Facebook channel. Of course they were! There were only two requests: it had to have a moving camera in the middle of an action “fight” scene, and it needed to be shot on GoPro cameras. Mettle 360/VR plugins were part of the post-production workflow. SkyBox Studio and SkyBox 360/VR Tools were used in the production.

Reggie's Garage in VR

Light Sail VR produced a 360 experience for baseball legend Reggie Jackson that showcases his spectacular Classic Car collection, and the business he has developed around that lifelong passion. Narrated by Reggie, we get a truly immersive story about Reggie's Garage, that explains how he got started, shows the car collection, and lets the viewer go along for a car ride with the man himself. Shot in 360 with a 10-camera GoPro rig, all the post was done in After Effects with SkyBox Studio, and Premiere Pro with SkyBox 360/VR Tools.

INTERRUPTURE is a powerful and moving documentary VR Film, directed by Jason Drakeford and Thomas Nybo. The true story is told from the first-person perspective of an 11-year old girl, as she makes a hazardous journey from Syria to Europe. It's made entirely from 2D assets brought into 360/VR with SkyBox Studio in Adobe After Effects, where all 2D images, text were composited into 360 sequences and exported. Those 360 clips were edited in Premiere Pro using SkyBox 360/VR Tools.
