Rescue Matte Cleaner Adobe After Effects and Premiere plugin

Rescue Matte Cleaner is a smart plugin for After Effects and Premiere Pro that automatically cleans up bad greenscreen backgrounds. It can also make decisions on what to keep in the frame based on object size, for example additionally removing tracking dots. Most of the common background problems caused by bad lighting and green screen setup can be overcome in a few clicks. In addition there is a powerful post processing section that can isolate areas and remove them based on quick color, size and position rules for superfast keying.

Main functions overview :

• Footage quality
  Copes with grainy or low bandwidth footage.

• Pre clean blobs below size
  Most things you don't want are small compared to the subject, so noise and also for instance tracking dots can be removed in one hit
  
  
• Select other objects for removal based on size
  After the initial pre-clean other objects that you don't want in the frame can be removed based on combinations of size etc.

• Remove areas of specific color only
  As well as size, you can specify what color the areas for removal are with our flexible accurate color range picker. The pipoint accurate ranging can also allow for different lighting rolloffs with optional hi mid and lo selectors.

• Remove object areas in specific places in the frame or on an object edge
  Rescue Matte Cleaner can identify which objects areas appear to be behind the subject (see the Advanced tutorial with rogue tracking dots) or remove objects on the frame edge automatically. Did someone shout Boom?

• Color info display
  HUD display showing in false color which areas are mask selected or rejected based on your rules.
  
  
• Smart extend
  Designed to help cope with camera motion blur, out of focus areas or just bad lighting, the plugin can guess what limited adjoining areas to include to make selecting areas easier.

  Tweak resultant matte edges to taste.
