My name is Charles Bordenave and I am from Royan in France. I started working with After Effects in 2005 while I was a PhD student in computer science at Montreal. My interest quickly converged to expressions and scripting which appeared to be a natural bridge between my mathematics/computer science background and the motion graphics world. After four years of personal experiments and some professional projects as a freelance, I've co-founded Motion Boutique in 2009 with Valentin Robert.
