Find My AEP

Find My AEP reveals where the open After Effects project resides in the filesystem. The plugin automatically opens the Finder or Windows Explorer and the .aep project file is highlighted. Save 5 WHOLE SECONDS a day!

Find My AEP is located at the bottom of the After Effects "File" menu. To run, go to File > Reveal Current Project File.

Installation

The easiest way to install is by using the aescripts + aeplugins manager app

Windows: Move Reveal_Project.aex to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Common\Plug-ins\7.0\MediaCore

Mac: Move Reveal_Project.plugin to /Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Plug-ins/7.0/MediaCore
