I just put up a new project using many aescripts + aeplugins tools you might like. It was for 60 minutes Australia, about the dangers of prolonged sitting.

 

Sitting for 11 hours or more per day at work and home increases your risk of an earlier death by 40 percent ­ compared to those who only sat four hours a day or less.

 

So is it time for a stand up desk? This video investigates.
