Account login issues
Since August 2012, user accounts are required.
This means you will need to create a new account if you are trying to access a purchase made before August 2012 (on our old site).
If you use the same email address all your previous purchases will be associated with your new account.
Do not use the Forgot Your Password? link if you have not created an account yet since there won't be a password to retrieve.
If you already created an account and have not received the account confirmation email, please check your spam folder or you can have the system send you another one.
If you made purchases with more than one email address then create the account with the main email you would like to use and contact support for help merging the purchases made with the other email.
