Rocketstock put together a list of plugins that are great for creating cyberpunk animations including AE Pixel Sorter, Modulation, Deep Glow, Data Glitch, Lockdown, Displacer Pro, Datamosh and more. We would add Stardust and Plexus to the list ourselves!
